As one of two frameworks endorsed by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the goal of this framework is to ensure that we not only have a system that invites and welcomes students, but is fluid and responsive to students strengths and opportunities for growth. Without a solid foundation of administrative leadership support, integrated educational framework, family and community support, and support at the district level, it would be difficult to meet the needs of each and every student.
