YMCA Character Builders Before and After School Program
The YMCA Character Builders Before and After School Program is located in the auditorium area that is closest to the cafeteria room on the Bird Rock Elementary campus!
The morning program begins at 6:30am until the start of school and the afternoon program begins from school dismissal until 6:00pm. We are also available to provide service on all minimum school days starting at school dismissal, which is 12:15 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.!
Character Builders, a State Licensed Program, provides quality-based childcare in a before and after school setting. Character Builders is designed to promote, support, and nurture a child's growth in their social, emotional, and physical development. Character Builders also creates a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for enrolled children to engage in activities such as walking field trips, healthy snacks, sports and games, art and music, homework assistance, and more!
